Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn
  • 1/2 cup mexican crema
  • 1/2 cup cotija
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp tajin
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • Pinch chili
How to cook it

Method

  1. Grill corn over hot coals until charred in spots.
  2. Brush with crema generously while still hot.
  3. Roll in cotija to coat, then dust with tajin.
  4. Squeeze lime over and shower with cilantro.
