What you need
Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- 1/2 cup mexican crema
- 1/2 cup cotija
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp tajin
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- Pinch chili
How to cook it
Method
- Grill corn over hot coals until charred in spots.
- Brush with crema generously while still hot.
- Roll in cotija to coat, then dust with tajin.
- Squeeze lime over and shower with cilantro.
