- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno
- Cilantro
- Sea salt
- Tortilla chips
How to cook it
Method
- Halve and pit avocados, scoop into a molcajete.
- Crush onion, jalapeno, and salt to a paste first.
- Mash avocado in chunks, fold in lime and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with warm chips.
