Refund policy

1. Membership refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time. The 30-day free trial means new members are not charged until day 31; if you cancel during the trial, no charge is made.

If you have been charged for a monthly or annual membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of that charge by emailing info@biohackcareclub.com from the email address on your account. We will refund the charge to the original payment method, usually within five business days.

After the 30-day window, we do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of the current period; you will keep access through the end of the period and your subscription will not renew.

2. Kitchen-store refunds

Return window

You may return any kitchen-store item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

How to return

Email info@biohackcareclub.com with your order number and a one-line reason. We will send you a prepaid return label inside one business day. Pack the item in its original packaging where possible and drop the parcel at any carrier location.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the package arriving at our warehouse. We will email you the moment the refund is processed.

Lifetime warranty

Cookware in our store carries a lifetime structural warranty on top of the return window. If a piece develops a manufacturing defect (warping under normal heat, handle failure, casting flaw), email us at any time and we will replace it free of charge.

3. Exceptions

• Perishable goods. We do not currently sell perishable foods. If we do in future, perishables are not eligible for return after delivery.
• Digital downloads. Member-only PDFs and printable shopping lists are not refundable once downloaded.
• Gift memberships. Gift memberships can be refunded only by the original purchaser, within 30 days of purchase, and only if the recipient has not yet redeemed the gift.
• Damage from misuse. Cookware damaged by misuse (cutting on cast iron, dropping ceramic, exposing wood to a dishwasher) is not covered by the lifetime warranty.

4. Shipping address corrections

If you spot a wrong shipping address, email us within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that we may not be able to intercept the package. If a package returns to us as undeliverable, we will refund the order minus the original shipping fee.

5. Damaged or missing items

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, email info@biohackcareclub.com within 14 days with photos of the package and contents. We will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
