You enter your card today, but it is not charged until day 31. During the trial you have full access to all 95 recipes, every meal plan, and member pricing on the kitchen store. Cancel any time inside Account before day 30 and you will not be charged.
Go to your Account page, click Manage membership, and choose Cancel. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for and your card is not charged again.
Yes. Every recipe is graded Easy, Medium, or Advanced. Filter for Easy on the recipes page and start with eight to twelve dishes you like. Once any of those feels easy, you are halfway to confident.
They are not strictly keto, paleo, or vegan. They are clean-cuisine: whole ingredients, real fats, minimal industrial sugar. Most can be adapted to plant-based or higher-protein eaters by swapping the protein.
We ship anywhere in the lower 48 United States. Orders over $75 ship free. Most arrive in three to five business days. We do not ship internationally yet.
Every order has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email member support, we issue a return label, and refund the moment the package is back at our warehouse. Cookware carries a lifetime structural warranty on top of the return window.
Members get a Sunday meal plan email with five dinners that share a shopping list. We do not deliver groceries or pre-prepped boxes. We make the plan; you cook.

Yes. Every recipe page has a print button (members only) that strips the page to a clean two-column print layout, and members get a printable shopping list to match.
Not yet. The site is built mobile-first and works well in any browser. A native app is on our list for next year.
Our test kitchen runs every recipe for at least three rounds before publishing. We also track member ratings and re-test anything that drops below a four-star average.
Yes. Email member support and we will send you a gift code that the recipient can redeem during checkout. Gift memberships do not auto-renew at the end of the gift period.
