Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://biohackcareclub.com, the Biohack Recipes membership, and the kitchen store (collectively, the "Service") operated by BIOHACK CLUB LLC. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Membership and subscription billing

Biohack Recipes is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis at the prices shown on the Subscribe page. Your subscription begins after your 30-day free trial ends.

Free trial

New members receive a 30-day free trial. We collect your payment method when the trial begins but do not charge you until day 31. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge by visiting your Account page.

Auto-renewal in plain language

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (each month for monthly plans, each year for annual plans) and the payment method on file will be charged the then-current price for that plan. We will email you a reminder before the first non-trial charge and before any annual renewal.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time by going to Account, clicking Manage membership, and choosing Cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' email notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

3. Kitchen-store orders

All store orders are governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy. Pricing, availability, and shipping estimates are shown on the product page and at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if there is a pricing or availability error.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including recipes, photographs, articles, logos, and software, is the property of BIOHACK CLUB LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, or sublicense recipe or article content without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or to infringe any third party's rights.
• Share your account credentials or transfer your subscription to another person.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically reproduce content from the Service.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipes will produce specific outcomes. Cooking results depend on equipment, ingredients, and technique outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIOHACK CLUB LLC, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except as set out below.

9. Arbitration and class-action waiver

Except for small-claims court actions or claims of intellectual-property infringement, any dispute between you and BIOHACK CLUB LLC arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or remotely if both parties agree.

Class-action waiver. You and BIOHACK CLUB LLC agree that disputes will be brought only in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@biohackcareclub.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms with the subject line "Arbitration opt-out".

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be emailed to active members at least 30 days before they take effect.
