Memphis Style Pork Ribs

What you need
Ingredients
- 2 racks spare ribs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- Apple cider vinegar
- Mustard
- Honey
How to cook it
Method
- Remove membrane; coat ribs in mustard and rub.
- Smoke at 225F for 4 hours; mop hourly with vinegar.
- Wrap in foil with honey for the last hour.
- Unwrap, glaze lightly, set bark 15 minutes; slice and serve.
