- 1 whole branzino
- 1 lemon
- Parsley and dill
- 3 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Cracked pepper
How to cook it
Method
- Score fish skin and salt deeply inside and out.
- Stuff cavity with lemon, garlic, and herbs.
- Grill 7 to 8 minutes per side over hot coals.
- Drizzle olive oil; serve with extra lemon.
