  • 1 whole branzino
  • 1 lemon
  • Parsley and dill
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper
How to cook it

Method

  1. Score fish skin and salt deeply inside and out.
  2. Stuff cavity with lemon, garlic, and herbs.
  3. Grill 7 to 8 minutes per side over hot coals.
  4. Drizzle olive oil; serve with extra lemon.
