- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 cup kalamata olives
- 200 g feta
- Oregano and oil
How to cook it
Method
- Cut tomatoes and cucumber into thick wedges.
- Slice peppers and onion into rings.
- Toss with olives, oregano, oil, and salt.
- Top with a thick slab of feta and crack pepper.
