  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Kalamata olives
  • 2 pita breads
  • Olive oil and zaatar
How to cook it

Method

  1. Soft-boil eggs 7 minutes and chill in ice.
  2. Warm pita on the stove; cut into wedges.
  3. Plate hummus, vegetables, olives, halved eggs.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and dust with zaatar to serve.
