Ingredients
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 6 eggs
- Feta and parsley
How to cook it
Method
- Soften peppers and onion deep in olive oil.
- Add garlic, paprika, cumin; bloom 30 seconds.
- Pour tomatoes; simmer 15 minutes to thick.
- Crack eggs into wells; cover until just set; finish with feta and herbs.
