Ingredients

  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 6 eggs
  • Feta and parsley
How to cook it

Method

  1. Soften peppers and onion deep in olive oil.
  2. Add garlic, paprika, cumin; bloom 30 seconds.
  3. Pour tomatoes; simmer 15 minutes to thick.
  4. Crack eggs into wells; cover until just set; finish with feta and herbs.
