  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil and herbs
How to cook it

Method

  1. Cook farro until tender; cool slightly.
  2. Massage kale with oil and salt.
  3. Whisk tahini, lemon, and water to dressing.
  4. Build bowls with all components and dress generously.
