Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 inch ginger
  • Garam masala, cumin
  • Amchoor
  • Cilantro
How to cook it

Method

  1. Brown onions deep, then add ginger, garlic, spices.
  2. Cook tomatoes down to oil-split.
  3. Add chickpeas with stock; simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Finish with amchoor and a heap of cilantro.
