Ingredients
- 6 cups broth
- 1 block silken tofu
- 1 cup wood ear mushrooms
- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- White pepper
- 2 eggs
How to cook it
Method
- Simmer broth with mushrooms and bamboo 10 minutes.
- Add tofu cubes carefully; warm through.
- Stir vinegar and pepper hard; thicken with starch.
- Stream eggs in slowly to ribbon and serve.
