What you need

Ingredients

  • 6 cups broth
  • 1 block silken tofu
  • 1 cup wood ear mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup bamboo shoots
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • White pepper
  • 2 eggs
How to cook it

Method

  1. Simmer broth with mushrooms and bamboo 10 minutes.
  2. Add tofu cubes carefully; warm through.
  3. Stir vinegar and pepper hard; thicken with starch.
  4. Stream eggs in slowly to ribbon and serve.
