  • 1 head broccoli

  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Cornstarch
How to cook it

Method

  1. Slice flank thin against the grain; velvet in soy and starch.
  2. Blanch broccoli 90 seconds; cold-shock and drain.
  3. Stir fry beef hard; add aromatics, then broccoli.
  4. Pour sauce; toss until thick and glossy.
