Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken thigh
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 10 dried chilies
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Sichuan peppercorns
  • Black vinegar
  • Soy sauce
How to cook it

Method

  1. Marinate chicken in soy, wine, and starch for 15 minutes.
  2. Toast chilies and peppercorns in hot wok oil.
  3. Stir fry chicken, then garlic and aromatics.
  4. Add sauce and peanuts; toss until glossy.
