  • Chili crisp
  • Microgreens
How to cook it

Method

  1. Soft-boil eggs for 6 minutes 30 seconds and chill in ice water.
  2. Toast sourdough deeply, then rub with a cut garlic clove.
  3. Mash avocado with lemon and salt; spread thick on toast.
  4. Top with halved eggs, a spoon of chili crisp, and microgreens.
