- 2 thick slices sourdough
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 jammy eggs
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Flake salt
- Chili crisp

How to cook it
Method
- Soft-boil eggs for 6 minutes 30 seconds and chill in ice water.
- Toast sourdough deeply, then rub with a cut garlic clove.
- Mash avocado with lemon and salt; spread thick on toast.
- Top with halved eggs, a spoon of chili crisp, and microgreens.
