- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 3 pasture eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup wild blueberries
- Pinch of sea salt
How to cook it
Method
- Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another, then fold together until just combined.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium and brush with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake; cook until bubbles set, then flip and finish 90 seconds.
