  • 1 cup thai basil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 thai chilies
  • Fish sauce, soy
  • Sugar
  • Eggs and rice
How to cook it

Method

  1. Stir fry pounded garlic and chilies in hot oil.
  2. Add beef; brown deep, splash sauces.
  3. Off heat fold thai basil to wilt.
  4. Plate over rice with a crispy fried egg.
