Ingredients

  • 1 lb rice noodles
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 3 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp palm sugar
  • Bean sprouts
  • Peanuts and lime
How to cook it

Method

  1. Soak noodles in warm water until pliable.
  2. Stir fry shrimp hot, push aside; scramble eggs.
  3. Toss noodles with sauce; add sprouts and scallions.
  4. Finish with peanuts, lime, and chili flakes.
