Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 3 stalks lemongrass
  • 5 kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 thai chilies
  • Fish sauce
  • Lime juice
  • Cilantro
How to cook it

Method

  1. Smash lemongrass and steep in stock 10 minutes with lime leaves.
  2. Add shrimp shells; simmer briefly; strain.
  3. Bring back to a boil; add shrimp and seasoning.
  4. Finish with lime and a fistful of cilantro.
