Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp dashi
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups rice
  • Scallions
  • Toasted sesame
How to cook it

Method

  1. Whisk eggs with dashi, mirin, and sugar.
  2. Pour thin layer in pan; roll, repeat to thick log.
  3. Slice tamago into thick coins.
  4. Serve over rice with scallion, sesame, and soy.
