Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups panko
  • 2 eggs
  • Curry roux blocks
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • Steamed rice
How to cook it

Method

  1. Pound chicken even, dredge flour, egg, panko.
  2. Fry in shallow oil until amber 6 minutes.
  3. Sweat onion and carrot, add water, melt in curry roux.
  4. Slice katsu, plate over rice, ladle curry.
