Ingredients

  • 4 cups dashi
  • 3 tbsp white miso
  • 1 block silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp wakame
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 tsp soy
  • Sesame seeds
How to cook it

Method

  1. Heat dashi but do not boil hard.
  2. Whisk miso through a strainer into the broth.
  3. Add tofu cubes and rehydrated wakame.
  4. Ladle into bowls; finish with scallion and sesame.
