What you need
Ingredients
- 4 cups dashi
- 3 tbsp white miso
- 1 block silken tofu
- 2 tbsp wakame
- 2 scallions
- 1 tsp soy
- Sesame seeds
How to cook it
Method
- Heat dashi but do not boil hard.
- Whisk miso through a strainer into the broth.
- Add tofu cubes and rehydrated wakame.
- Ladle into bowls; finish with scallion and sesame.
