Ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 400 g water
  • 10 g salt
  • 3 g yeast
  • 60 g olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Flake salt
How to cook it

Method

  1. Mix and bulk overnight in the fridge.
  2. Pour into oiled pan, dimple, top with rosemary and oil.
  3. Proof 90 minutes covered until pillowy.
  4. Bake at 450F for 25 minutes until deeply golden.
