1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, calling our phone number, or engaging our HVAC services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

HVAC Care provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services including but not limited to:

• AC repair, maintenance, and installation
• Furnace and heating system repair and replacement
• Heat pump installation and service
• Duct cleaning, sealing, and repair
• Smart thermostat installation and programming
• Commercial HVAC system service and installation
• Emergency HVAC service (24/7)
• Preventive maintenance plans

All services are performed by licensed and insured HVAC technicians. Services are subject to availability in your geographic area.

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided — whether by phone, website, or in person — are estimates only and may be subject to change based on:

• Actual on-site assessment of equipment condition
• Availability and current pricing of required parts
• Scope of work discovered during service
• Local permit and code requirements

A final, binding price will be provided to you before any work begins. You have the right to accept or decline service at that time. Diagnostic fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before a technician is dispatched. Prices displayed or referenced on our website are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are subject to technician availability. We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated arrival windows. Customers wishing to cancel or reschedule should notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or trip fee for no-shows or last-minute cancellations where a technician has been dispatched.

5. Warranty

HVAC Care provides a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for work performed by our technicians, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by HVAC Care
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, floods, acts of God, or unauthorized modifications
• Equipment manufacturer warranties are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer's terms
• Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period by calling our service number

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your equipment and service needs
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to HVAC equipment for our technicians
• Notify us of any known hazards at the service location
• Pay for services rendered upon completion or per agreed payment terms

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BIOHACK CLUB LLC or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission from BIOHACK CLUB LLC.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the limited 1-year service warranty described above, our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 9. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BIOHACK CLUB LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to informal mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
